Booking/Cancellation Policy

There is a non refundable 50% deposit due in order to secure your dates. The balance is payable within 5 business days of the completion of your trip. 

All pricing is in USD and inclusive of Sales Tax. Payments can be made by either bank transfer or PayPal. All PayPal transactions will incur a 5% surcharge. 

Southern Sky Outfitters reserves the right to cancel or postpone any trip at any time. This could be due to reasons including but not limited to; sickness, family emergencies, safety and extreme weather due to sudden or forecasted events. In this very unlikely event we will do our absolute best to find a replacement guide or alternative dates for your booking.

We highly recommend that all of our clients take out a comprehensive travel and medical insurance policy to cover any sudden change of plans or unforeseen circumstances. Southern Sky Outfitters will not be responsible for any loss, damage, theft, injury, death or claims of any kind or nature. 

In the event that you are not able to travel due to official government Covid-19 travel restrictions, your deposit will be credited to a future trip where available and within 12 months of the original booking.
